About Attorney Philip F. Heller

Heller & Robbins, Attorneys at Law's founder and managing partner, Philip Heller, has 45 years of experience in land use, zoning, real estate, and conveyancing matters. His clients constitute a broad cross-section of the Berkshire community, including the area's major resorts, cultural institutions, developers, and businesses, as well as individuals and families. He has established a reputation as an expert in zoning, permitting, and development, and he has successfully represented his clients before
local and state boards.

Philip has served as an assistant district attorney, supervisor of all district court prosecutors, and as a part-time assistant public defender for the Massachusetts Defenders Committee. He currently serves on the Stockbridge Parks and Recreation Commission, a position he has held since 1997.
